Hibox
A small publishing helper that uploads finished videos to its operator's own YouTube channel.
What it does
- Picks up finished videos, cover images and captions from the operator's own production folder.
- Uploads each video to the operator's YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API, sets its title, description, tags and thumbnail.
- Schedules publishing times so that new videos go public at regular intervals.
- Checks which videos are already on the channel so that nothing is uploaded twice.
Who it is for
Hibox is operated for a single channel owner and only acts on the YouTube account that owner has explicitly authorized through Google's sign-in and consent screen. It does not offer accounts to the public and does not access anyone else's data.
Google and YouTube
Hibox uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing Hibox you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Hibox's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
