Terms of Service
1. The service
Hibox is a publishing helper that uploads videos, thumbnails and related information to a YouTube channel on behalf of the account owner who authorizes it. It is operated for a single channel owner and is not offered as a public service.
2. Authorization
Hibox acts only within the permissions you grant through Google's sign-in and consent screen. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
3. YouTube Terms
Hibox uses YouTube API Services. By using Hibox you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Your content
You remain the owner of the content you publish and are responsible for making sure it complies with applicable laws and with YouTube's terms, policies and community guidelines.
5. Acceptable use
Hibox must not be used to upload content you do not have the right to publish, to send spam, or to interfere with YouTube or any other service.
6. No warranty
Hibox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Uploads may fail or be delayed because of network problems, API limits or changes made by YouTube.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Hibox is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
